At the time of the visit staff have J.R.did not have a record of education verified in MERIT. Staff C.F. did not have a record of education verified in MERIT. Both staff have not completed the required health and safety trainings. No files available onsite. At the start of the programming, both staff were left alone to gather the children in their group.
